INITIAL
Initial sessions are 60-90 minutes. Sessions are telehealth conducted via video chats unless otherwise requested.
FOLLOW UP
Follow up sessions are 30-45 minutes and scheduled weekly for a minimum of 15 weeks. Sessions involve custom goals, diet modifications, education and lifestyle recommendations.
